Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We allow exchanges for size or product changes, depending on stock availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, you may select another product of equal value or receive store credit for future use.
Please note, return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product delivered is incorrect or defective.

🚫 Refund Policy
Zylaric does not offer cash refunds.
Instead, customers are compensated with store credit or a discount code that can be used on their next purchase — ensuring you always receive full value for your money.
Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where the product is out of stock or unavailable after payment.

🕓 Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
The exchange or credit process may take 10–12 working days, and you’ll be notified via email or SMS once it’s complete.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless defective).

  • Accessories or intimate wear (such as socks or undergarments) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
